rediscovering eden
Who am I, that the Lord of all the earth
Would care to know my name
Would care to feel my hurt
Who am I, that the bright and morning Star
Would choose to light the way
For my ever wandering heart
Not because of who I am
But because of what You've done
Not because of what I've done
But because of who You are
I am a flower quickly fading
Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean
A vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I'm calling
Lord, You catch me when I'm falling
And You've told me who I am
I am Yours, I am Yours
Who Am I, that the eyes that see my sin
Would look on me with love
and watch me rise again
Who Am I, that the voice that calmed the sea
Would call out through the rain
And calm the storm in me
whom shall i fear
whom shall i fear
i am yours
who am i

DAY 6 : VENICE - MILAN - LUCERNESo much traveling today! >.<
- 3 hrs from Venice to Milan
- 4 hrs from Milan to Lucerne (Switzerland)
Milan is a super cool place! Well, if only we have more time to explore the city...
Epitome of Goth... the Duomo del MilanoWe took a 7 euro elevator ride up the Duomo del Milano (gorgeous cathedral). Really can't imagine how they paid attention to each and every statue, column, spiral etc...
Each panel tells a story...Our guide brought us into the church. It's so huge!! And their stained glass windows are absolutely beautiful. We were told how a certain shade of red and blue are only used for Jesus and no one else in the thousands of glass panels.
Prada on your left and LV on your right = heavenThere are just so many people here in Milan! And the boutiques! :D
The Galleria Vittorio Emanuela II is the gayest mall ever! The architecture is both Roman + Renaissance and the glass/iron ceiling is a first! Everything here looks extravagant! Even Macs looks cool. Oh, did I mention that Gucci has their very own cafe here too?
We then checked out Leonardo's statue over at Piazza della Scala. Apparently his name is supposed to be only Leonardo... but he came from Vinci... so it became Leonardo da Vinci. Yea, whatever lol -.-
Soon it started to rain and we scooted off to the coach and we are on the way to Switzerland!
......................................
Our tour guide decided to be an ass and chose to play some really lousy B-grade horror movies on the coach. -.-
Nothing particularly exciting about the 4 hour ride after you get used to seeing mountains. Ok, there was this 17 km long tunnel through some mountain that we need to go through. 15 mins+ in some random dark tunnel is scary.
Before we know it, we're in Lucerne, Switzerland! Our hotel decor is done in contemporary art and for once, our hotel dinner was good! With impeccable service too!
Chapel Bridge ._.We went out to explore a bit and we discovered this 14th century old wooden Chapel Bridge. Heard it was burnt down some time back but seems like they made it good as new!
The Euro Cup has started!
