DAY 10 : INTERLAKEN - BERNE - ZERMATTToday, we left our very comfortable hotel and made our way to Berne, the Swiss capital.
It's pretty with loads of shopping and seems like there are a lot more beautiful people here. Everywhere we go, there are Euro Cup banners and flags! Really cool stuff!

Clock towerChecked out their cute clock tower and even their parliament house (where they setup giant screens for showing Euro Cup matches!)
Bear junior looks bored...Oh, and there's this pathetic little bear at this supposedly famous Barengraben Bear Pit. Can't fathom how it even became an attraction.
After Berne, it's the car-free Zermatt. The last place I'd choose to retire or simply stay because we explored the whole village/town within an hour.
The other attraction here is Mattherhorn, a mountain even higher than Jungfraujoch (which makes us all wonder why isn't it called Top of Europe instead). We only viewed it from a distance (thank god) so there's not much excitement or pain today.
My last night in Switzerland... This same time tomorrow, I'll be in France.
So what do I remember about the Swiss? Relaxed pace, extremely polite motorists, giant flies and yes, the cold cold mountains. :)
