Just had my wisdom tooth extracted earlier on Mon (14 Jan).
The 1 hour long process itself was pretty much painless... God bless the person who invented anthestic! Lol.
For those who might be interested in how the extraction went, there was a fair bit of drilling involved! Which in itself, is very disturbing because you can feel the vibrations but not the pain. The right side of my mouth was totally numb! Even my tongue was numb! Alien stuff!!
After the tooth was removed, the dentist went on to stitch up the gums... Almost fainted when I saw him waving a small (but very sharp-looking) needle in my face! T.T
Anyway, before I knew it, it's all over. I looked at that cute little bloodied tooth in a metal tray and wondered for a while if I should request to bring it home as a souvenir... o.O In the end, I didn't. Too freaky.
